Lambeth Council seek a permanent gagging order against Brian Pead

Permanent Gagging Order William Freeman made this Freedom of Information request to Lambeth Borough Council Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Lambeth Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review. From: William Freeman 25 September 2013 Dear Lambeth Borough Council, I am in possession of information that shows that Lambeth Council attempted to obtain a permanent gagging order against BRIAN PEAD on 16 July 2013 at the Royal Courts of Justice in London. 1. Why would ANY local authority seek to obtain a PERMANENT gagging order against any former employee? 2. Was the application successful? 3. How much has it cost Lambeth Council to (i) send Mr Pead to jail (ii) employ Caroline ADDY, a self-proclaimed human rights barrister to seek to obtain a permanent order and (iii) unlawfully dismiss him and James Walker, former Head Teacher in Kennington? Yours faithfully, William Freeman
