Without warning, Brian Pead appeared at the Inner London Crown Court on an allegation of the Harassment of his son-in-law, Paul Birch, and his granddaughter, Emily Birch (15) before being transferred without notice to Thameside Prison in southeast London.

Today – without warning – Brian was transferred to Highpoint Prison. The irony is that, before his illegal incarceration, he was writing a book on Tony Martin, the Norfolk farmer who shot at intruders in his house. Mr Martin was also imprisoned at Highpoint during the three years of his sentence.
