Child abuse campaigner Jonathan West on the Judge-led Inquiry

Moderate child abuse campaigner Jonathan West has blogged the following: Wednesday, 31 December 2014 A judge-led inquiry? Fortunately, the consensus in favour of the child abuse inquiry being statutory with powers to compel the production of documents and the attendance of witnesses and the power to take evidence under oath appears to have spread to Theresa May. She has indicated before the Home Affairs Select Committee that she now favours a statutory inquiry, and the weekend before Christmas wrote to the panel giving them notice of imminent changes to the inquiry. But this still leaves open the question of who should run the inquiry. There’s been a lot of discussion on this point and some of it has got a bit heated. The first thing we need to get past is the issue of whether “establishment” membership is of itself a bar to running the inquiry. There are those who say that anybody in the “establishment” is by definition unacceptable, because this would mean the establishment is investigating itself. Depending on how widely you define the establishment, this would rule … Continue reading

Response to Henry Bellingham, MP

From: Darby Farm 115 Leziate Drove Pott Row King’s Lynn Norfolk PE32 1DE 27 December 2014 To: Henry Bellingham, MP House of Commons LONDON SW1A 0AA Dear Mr Bellingham, I refer to your letter dated 18 December 2014 but not received by me until 24 December 2014. Let me say straightaway that your letter contained a number of inaccurate statements which I will correct in this letter. 1. Thank you for posting a birthday card to my daughter, Sorrel Birch, and my granddaughter, Emily Birch, and Christmas cards to the entire family, including my son-in-law, Paul Birch, my granddaughter Lauren Birch, and also grandson, Joseph Birch. 2. As you will know, there is no lawful or legal reason why I should not have posted these myself, apart from the bogus Restraining Order put against me on 01 November 2011. 3. As you have been informed in various documentation I have sent to you and placed in your hands at Surgery meetings, I was unlawfully found guilty of the Harassment of my daughter and granddaughter Emily at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on … Continue reading

Henry Bellingham MP denies all knowledge…(as MPs have a tendency to do)

In a letter received today (but dated 18 December) from MP Henry Bellingham, he claimed that he would not appear as a Witness in the forthcoming case on 12 January 2015 at the Inner London Crown Court. As a barrister, Mr Bellingham ought to know that he has no say in the matter. On 09 October 2014, he stated in front of witnesses that Brian Pead (now FREEMAN) could not be guilty of the Harassment of his daughter and granddaughter on 01 November 2011 and nor could he be guilty of the Incitement of a 14-year-old girl because she did not exist and because “both convictions are deeply flawed.” On 10 May 2014, Mr Bellingham was provided with a comprehensive 80-page INFORMATION MEMORANDUM INFORMATION MEMORANDUM SHORT VERSION version6 which outlined significant police and judicial corruption. FOUR DAYS LATER Brian was illegally imprisoned. “You do the Math”, as our American cousins say. You should write to your MP and the Home Secretary to ask why Mr Bellingham believes himself to be above the Rule of Law. Mr Bellingham claimed in his … Continue reading

Henry Bellingham’s office sends Sorrel Birch a birthday card on behalf of her father

Today, Friday 19 December 2014, Henry Bellingham’s P.A., Eileen, informed Brian Freeman that she had passed on a birthday card to Sorrel Birch (whose birthday is tomorrow) and to Emily Birch (whose 16th birthday is on 31 December), as well as Christmas cards to all the family, including son-in-law Paul Birch, granddaughter Lauren Birch (13) and grandson Joseph Birch (8). It was necessary for Mr Bellingham’s office to intervene in what is essentially a normal family occurrence because the State has interfered in not only Brian’s life for the past 8 years, but also his entire family’s lives. On 01 November 2011, a single Magistrate found Brian guilty of the harassment of his daughter and elder granddaughter, but neither appeared in Court against him and neither had made statements against him. The Restraining Order issued by the Court was therefore immediately void because it had no legal effect. The Court made an error. Please note the following, and especially the comments by Henry Bellingham, MP, a former practising barrister: 1. The Hearing was nothing more than a simulacrum of a … Continue reading

Henry Bellingham, MP called as Witness in Brian’s case for Harassment

Henry Bellingham, MP for Northwest Norfolk, has been called by Brian as a defence witness in the forthcoming trial for alleged Harassment of his daughter, Sorrel Birch, and his granddaughter, Emily Birch (soon to be 16) by allegedly sending her and her sister (Lauren Birch, 13) a card. On 09 October, Mr Bellingham informed Brian – in front of witnesses – that he could not possibly have been guilty of the Harassment of his daughter and grandchild on 01 November 2011 at Bexley Magistrates’ Court because neither appeared as witnesses against him and neither had made a statement against him. The trial is scheduled for 12 January 2015. Please attend in the name of justice.
