An Open Letter to HM the Queen re abuses of Magna Carta 1215

Your Majesty, An Open Letter re: R v William Brian Freeman I write in respect of the considerable abuses in the above Matter. I bring these to your attention below. 1. Magna Carta 1215 and subsequent revisions I expect that your advisors will know that Clauses 39 and 40 of the original Magna Carta in 1215 (clause 29 in the 1297 statute) are still enshrined in law to this day – some 800 years later. These read as follows: “NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will we not pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgment of his Peers, or by the Law of the land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either Justice or Right.” 2. I have – if your advisors have informed you – written to you on several occasions throughout 2013 and 2014 in respect of breaches against me of Magna Carta, … Continue reading

British Library finally issues receipt for from Hillsborough to Lambeth

Following a Freedom of Information Act request, a receipt has finally been issued by the British Library Legal Deposit Office for the book from Hillsborough to Lambeth two years after first receiving the controversial book for which Brian Pead – but not Michael Bird – endured a prison sentence for alleged contempt of court. Dated the 05 January 2015, the Receipt was not received by authors Brian Pead and Michael Bird until 23 February 2015. It is a legal requirement that all books published in England are deposited at the British Library. The book is now part of the nation’s heritage and a record of whistle-blowing in Lambeth Council.

Further police harassment of Brian Freeman (fka Brian Pead)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Further police harassment against Brian Freeman (fka Brian Pead) Today, just after 9am, three people claiming to be police officers from Norfolk Constabulary – the very constabulary no less which is “managed” by Simon Bailey, the lead police officer on national child abuse – turned up at Brian’s place of residence. They called themselves Matthew White, Gemma Bevan and DS Witt. Two of them – White and Bevan – had turned up the previous day and been turned away. They claimed that Brian is a “Registered Sex Offender” and claim that there is a certificate of conviction against him. They produced a single piece of paper – wafer thin and clearly not authentic. Ms Bevan claimed it was a real document because it said “In the Crown Court at Southwark” on it. DS Witt claimed he was in attendance because White and Bevan were refused entry on the grounds that the Court Order has been voided and that it is, in effect, void ab initio (from the beginning). The trial was a gross miscarriage of justice which … Continue reading

Cover-up in Lambeth mirrors Rotherham and Rochdale

Cover-up of child abuse as in Rochdale and Rotherham: will Lambeth act now? William Freeman made this Freedom of Information request to Lambeth Borough Council From: William Freeman 9 February 2015 Dear Lambeth Borough Council, Re: From Hillsborough to Lambeth banned book, illegal imprisonment of author; application for permanent gagging order against Brian Pead Following the excellent work of Andrew Norfolk (of The Times newspaper) and his exposure of child grooming, will Lambeth Council now conduct a FULL inquiry into child grooming as written about in From Hillsborough to Lambeth, will the Council now explain to the public why it unlawfully had Brian Pead imprisoned in Pentonville for two weeks, and will the Council now explain to the public why it sought to obtain a PERMANENT GAGGING ORDER against Brian Pead (who worked as a Head Teacher of the OLCVS pupil referral unit from 2006-2007 until his unlawful dismissal after “blowing the whistle” on child grooming, bullying and racism? an Open Letter to HRH Prince Charles

HRH Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales Clarence House LONDON SW1A 1BA Dear Sir, Re: Honours List, child abuse, Magna Carta, healing I write following various articles about you in the Times, dated 31 January 2015 and subsequent editions. I was most interested to read that you appear to have said on the public record that you are concerned about the honours that are regularly conferred on members of the public which you feel ought not be conferred. It was cited that you would reduce the number of OBEs, CBEs and MBEs and I therefore write to ask you about the current status of the OBE which you handed to Phyllis Dunipace, the former Executive Director of Children and Young People’s Services in Lambeth. I wrote to the Prime Minister in 2012 asking that she be stripped of this award because she had overseen the cover-up of child grooming and bullying and racism in Lambeth. Subsequent to my letter, I was illegally imprisoned. Furthermore, my book – from Hillsborough to Lambeth – which drew attention to the child grooming, its … Continue reading
