Persecution of whistleblower Brian Pead by corrupt Lambeth officials Anthony Edward Martin made this Freedom of Information request to Lambeth Borough Council Currently waiting for a response from Lambeth Borough Council, they must respond promptly and normally no later than 31 May 2016 (details). 30 April 2016 Dear Lambeth Borough Council, I know Mr Pead personally. He is writing my autobiography for me about the State’s persecution of me after I fired a gun in my house in which a young burglar was killed (20 August 1999). At my behest, Mr Pead has been investigating my case and uncovered a great deal of corruption in it. I know what it is like to be persecuted, but this poor man and his innocent family have suffered far more than me. I believe in Mr Pead’s ability to conduct bona fide research and I am aware that he wrote the complete history of Liverpool Football Club from 1892. I have read the book From Hillsborough to Lambeth which shows that he was unlawfully dismissed by corrupt officials. I have also read the … Continue reading
Justice for the 96. And their families. Now we demand Justice for Brian Pead. And his family. And for abused children in Lambeth and elsewhere.
Today, Sunday 17 April 2016, Brian Pead travelled to the Crown Inn in Gayton to meet with the famous farmer, Tony Martin. The two men spent seven hours together discussing how they had both felt the full weight of the State after complaining about the Police. Tony agreed to contact their Member of Parliament – Sir Henry Bellingham – to ask precisely what he will do to get Brian’s unsafe convictions quashed, to help him become reunited with his family and to receive substantial compensation from the State for a decade of police persecution. Sir Henry has said that he will write to Michael Mansfield, the famous QC, in order to secure the quashing of Brian’s convictions – all brought against him after he exposed child abuse in Lambeth.
Only a day after meeting his MP, Sir Henry Bellingham, Brian Pead was stopped by Norfolk Police. The officers informed Brian that their names were PC826 Jones and WPC490 Shreeve. The reason for the stop? “Your car has tinted rear windows and we need to know if there are any underage females in the back.” There ensued a discussion with regard to the existence of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO). Brian, of course, claimed that it is a bogus document and PC Jones stated, “Well, we have to work to the computer and the computer says you’re guilty.” Brian showed WPC Shreeve his book FRAMED! and she took one look at the cover and said, “You were arrested by armed police when they were not even wearing their hats!” He also showed her the Minutes of the meeting that he had entered into his notebook of the meeting the previous evening with Sir Henry Bellingham. She confirmed that they did, indeed, look like genuine Minutes of that meeting. PC Jones then asked Brian about his claims that he was … Continue reading
Newly-knighted Henry Bellingham, MP for northwest Norfolk, met his persecuted constituent Brian Pead (now legally using the name William Brian Freeeman) at the Knights Hill Hotel near King’s Lynn. The meeting lasted for two hours, and was largely positive and practical. Whilst full Minutes of the meeting are being produced, we can provide this summary: Sir Henry admitted that Brian’s conviction at Southwark Crown Court for the alleged incitement of a non-existent female aged 14 was “unsafe and needs to be overturned”. He added that Brian’s conviction for the alleged harassment of his own daughter and grandchildren at Bexley Magistrates’ Court in 2011 was also “patently unsafe because neither your daughter nor your elder grandaughter had appeared in court against you, had not complained to the poilice and not made witness statements against you.” This, of course, renders the Restraining Order preventing Brian from contact with his family null and void. Sir Henry added that neither of these cases should ever have got to court and he showed concern for the public purse: “…I am left wondering just how much … Continue reading
At 11am today (13th April 2016) two agents of the State visited Brian Pead’s place of residence. He politely informed them verbally (and in writing) that he did not consent to their visit as it breached his Article 3 and Article 8 Rights under the Human Rights Act. The two people were Sarah Wallis from the National Probation Service and DC Matthew White (Norfolk Constabulary) – at least we think that those are their names sicne neither ever shows any identification. Anyway, these agents turned up on the doorstep of the Guanock Hotel, London Road, King’s Lynn, and insisted on seeing Brian’s bedroom. An interview of one hour’s duration took place – and this is at taxpayers’ expense and at a time when they could be interviewing REAL sex offenders. The policeman informed Brian that he was going to conduct an A.R.M.S. inteview to assess Brian’s risk to the community (for the avoidance of doubt he is only a risk to paedophile police officers, judges and bent barristers.) Being a polite chap, Brian purchased three cream cakes, but Ms Wal;lis … Continue reading
ALEX WHEATLE Arriving at Shirley Oaks in 1966, acclaimed author Alex Wheatle was one of the victims that suffered abuse in the care home. Alex was sexually abused by the children’s home doctor which he believes was part of a targeted network of abusers who operated in the same south London children’s homes. In The Mirror he wrote “I’m convinced there was a paedophile ring operating in both South Vale and Shirley Oaks and that the authorities knew about it at the time but did nothing”. © www.shirleyoakssurvivorsassociation.co.uk Compare this with: “…The various “Growth Study” tests were on weight, height, puberty development, bone structure. As most were more complicated than ordinary visits to a doctor, and as information was to be gathered over several years, time was spent in measuring and recording the data. We could be embarrassed when the staff touched certain parts of our body during the tests when we were without our underpants, on occasions a few of us experienced erections. With the others occupied with their own part of the test, it was generally only the … Continue reading
MEMORANDUM To: the National Probation Service, Purfleet Quay, King’s Lynn, Norfolk Norfolk Constabulary Date: 13 April 2016 Status: an OPEN document consisting of two pages Please note that I do not give my consent to the visit to The Guanock Hotel, London Road, King’s Lynn on 13 April 2016 (or any subsequent dates). Whilst I understand that the Probation Service and the Police have important functions in society, I am neither a sex offender, nor an offender of any kind, despite false documentation to the contrary. On 31 December 2013, I instigated an Official Complaint under Article 3 of the Human Rights Act (HRA) 1998 and this visit is a direct breach of Article 3, as well as Article 8 of the HRA (the Right to privacy and family life.) I wish to take advantage of this opportunity to report child abuse to both the Probation Service and Norfolk Constabulary. This information must be passed on under the Rule of Law to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA). Once this has been achieved, please inform me in writing. … Continue reading
