At 09:02 today, Brian Pead was unlawfully arrested. The 6 police officers who brutally arrested the campaigner against child abuse in Lambeth Council and at a children’s home in Harpenden, Hertfordshire had yesterday called for a vote of ‘No Confidence’ in Simon Bailey, the Chief Constable of Norfolk who has steadfastly refused to investigate or even record significant child abuse reported to him by Brian. Brian is expected to be taken to HMP Norwich on a bogus charge of being “unlawfully at large”. The Home Office has orchestrated this further abuse of an innocent whistle-blower.
For many months it has been obvious that the Home Office have hacked into this website and disabled the Comments page. After running a number of tests, this has again been confirmed today. The reason the Hillsborough families had to wait so long for Justice? The Home Office …
In January 2008, Brian Pead gained employment as a counsellor with the charity Off Centre in Hackney, London. He was professional in his manner and popular amongst his colleagues. In February 2008 he attended a Survivors of Childhood Abuse course run by his counselling college, the Centre for Personal and Professional Development (CPPD) in Hornsey, north London. Two days later, Brian informed his colleagues of this event and what he’d learnt from the course and Matthew Doocey, manager of Off Centre’s sister charity, Sub-19, asked Brian to teach the staff. On 28 March 2008 Brian taught the staff. Everyone was complimentary about Brian’s delivery of such a sensitive subject matter. In April 2008, Brian applied for the post of Group Therapist at Off Centre. Naturally he had to complete an Application Form and provide references. It follows that he informed Off Centre that he was completing his advanced diploma in humanistic integrative counselling on the forms and that he made mention of his teaching the staff about survivors of child abuse. There was also a Person Specification form with the Application Form, … Continue reading
Yesterday, Off Centre counselling charity in Hackney was reported to the Charity Commission for its role in the unlawful dismissal of Brian Pead after he exposed child abuse in Lambeth. Brian was summarily dismissed after also exposing an illegal police sting operation on Faceparty.com Brian called Off Centre staff Maya Walker – a former partner – and Mark Elmer on a number of occasions since his release from prison in March 2016 and both have been told not to contact Brian in a further cover-up of Brian’s unlawful dismissal after he exposed child abuse. Between 2008 and 2013, Brian contacted Off Centre for disclosure surrounding his unlawful dismissal. The charity continually refused to provide dislcosure and even used the law firm Hackney Law Centre to stonewall Brian’s lawful requests. Brian recently informed Off Centre that he is bringing a claim against them for unlawful dismissal. At Brian’s unlawful trial at Southwark Crown Court in 2009, Nicola Noone, a former director of Off Centre, committed demonstrable perjury by claiming that research into child abuse was not part of Brian’s remit as … Continue reading

Kim Everett is in possession of information which not only shows that Brian Pead (a former tutee of hers in 2010) was “fitted up” by the police and sent to prison on four occasions whilst being an innocent man, but also that he exposed child abuse in Lambeth and she failed to report it to the authorities. Brian Pead is calling for the removal of Ms Everett from the University on the grounds of misconduct in public office and perverting the course of public justice. A letter has been sent to the Chancellor. A link to this page has been sent to all members of the Law department and others within the faculty of Architecture, Computing & Humanities.
According to the Government website about whistleblowing, this is what whistleblowers can expect (see below). Now compare that to the reality faced by Brian Pead and his family in a Home Office orchestrated campaign of persecution against an innocent man exposing child abuse, racism and bullying at Lambeth Council. Whistleblowing for employees 1. What is a whistleblower? You’re a whistleblower if you’re a worker and you report certain types of wrongdoing. This will usually be something you’ve seen at work – though not always. The wrongdoing you disclose must be in the public interest. This means it must affect others, eg the general public. As a whistleblower you’re protected by law – you shouldn’t be treated unfairly or lose your job because you ‘blow the whistle’. You can raise your concern at any time about an incident that happened in the past, is happening now, or you believe will happen in the near future. Who is protected by law You’re protected if you’re a worker, eg you’re: – an employee, such as a police officer, NHS employee, office worker, factory … Continue reading
Edward Snowden has called for a complete overhaul of US whistleblower protections after a new source from deep inside the Pentagon came forward with a startling account of how the system became a “trap” for those seeking to expose wrongdoing. Brian Pead has done the same in the UK. See videos on YouTube. Be in no doubt that the State persecution of Brian Pead mirrors exactly that of Snowden and his colleagues. In the report below, those actions highlighted in bold have been perpetrated against Brian Pead in an establishment cover-up of child abuse in Lambeth and the cover-up by Scotland Yard. The account of John Crane, a former senior Pentagon investigator, appears to undermine Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and other major establishment figures who argue that there were established routes for Snowden other than leaking to the media. Crane, a long-time assistant inspector general at the Pentagon, has accused his old office of retaliating against a major surveillance whistleblower, Thomas Drake, in an episode that helps explain Snowden’s 2013 National Security Agency disclosures. Not only did Pentagon officials provide … Continue reading
Human Rights abuses of Sorrel Pead and family Anthony Edward Martin made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office Currently waiting for a response from Home Office, they must respond promptly and normally no later than 1 July 2016 (details). From: Anthony Edward Martin 3 June 2016 (Show delivery log) Dear Home Office, How much public money has been spent on separating Brian Pead from his daughter Sorrel Birch (née Pead), his son-in-law Paul Birch, his grandchildren Emily Birch, Lauren Birch and Joseph Birch of Sidcup? This would be the same Brian Pead who exposed child abuse in Lambeth in 2006, was then defamed and falsely accused, deprived of his home, kept under surveillance for over a decade (still ongoing), and has every facet of his life interfered with by the State. Yours faithfully, Anthony Edward Martin
Dear Mr Green, May I firstly congratulate you on your appointment. I have read the article in today’s Eastern Daily Press in which you state that you are focusing on domestic abuse and child abuse. An excellent focus if I may say so! However, how can you explain the following: 1. I exposed child abuse in Lambeth Council and gave a copy of my (banned) book from Hillsborough to Lambeth to Simon Bailey, Chief Constable of Norfolk and the police national lead on child abuse. He failed to report it to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA). [Please see also my website at www.LambethChildAbuse.org] 2. I reported child abuse at a children’s home in Harpenden, Hertfordshire betwen 1955 and 1960 and he failed to act upon it. Indeed, yesterday, a DC Gill Lacey met with me and failed to even discuss the matter, despite (allegedly) being assigned to ‘investigate’ the case. This on Mr Bailey’s watch. 3. Between January 2014 and March 2014, Norfolk Police visited my address at Darby Farm, Pott Row on no less than 12 … Continue reading
