Brian Pead speaks at Inquiry into Child Abuse

Today, at the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand, London, Brian Pead was provided with the opportunity to make an oral application for Core Participant Status (https://www.iicsa.org.uk/sites/default/files/documents/Lambeth-investigation-transcript-27072016.pdf) to Judge Lowell Goddard of the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA). Judge Goddard was flanked by the four other members of the Inquiry team. The Chair is assisted by a Panel of four members: Prof. Sir Malcolm Evans KCMG OBE; Ivor Frank; Prof. Alexis Jay OBE; and Drusilla Sharpling CBE. Each is an expert in his or her field and has experience in challenging institutions, and managing, analysing and evaluating complex evidence. Brian’s speech – a full transcript will be published tomorrow following the Court’s decision to redact parts of it – lasted for approximately 15 minutes and although he gave an impassioned plea for core participant status, it is believed that he will be unsuccessful because of his banned book from Hillsborough to Lambeth, his experiences at Lambeth as a Head teacher and his experiences of child abuse at a children’s home associated with Lambeth in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. It’s all … Continue reading

Brian Pead delivers Information Memorandum to Michael Mansfield, QC

Upon leaving the Embassy of Ecuador where he applied for political asylum, Brian Pead made his way to the Chambers of Michael Mansfield, QC in the Grays Inn Road. On behalf of Sir Henry Bellingham, MP (who has written to the QC to ask for pro bono legal support for Brian), Brian handed in a copy of the Information Memorandum which he authored outlining the State’s abuse of him after he blew the whistle on child abuse in Lambeth Council – something which that shameful local authority is still attempting to cover up. Brian got a signed and dated receipt for the Information Memorandum on letter-headed paper from Mr Mansfield’s chambers as Proof of Delivery. We await to hear from Michael Mansfield, QC.

Brian Pead applies for Political Asylum

At 11am today Brian Pead visited the Embassy of Ecuador where Julian Assange was granted political asylum. Brian met with a member of the Embassy’s staff and explained that because of persecution by the State after he exposed child abuse in Lambeth, it is now impossible for him to receive justice and a fair trial or hearing in this country. Brian is making an application to all of the embassies in London. We await their responses in due course.

Brian Pead at Court of Appeal

On Friday 15 July 2016, Brian Pead received notification from the Royal Courts of Justice that he has an Appeal hearing. The Court failed to provide details of the Appeal being heard, or a starting time. No change there then. Brian is in Court on Thursday 21 July 2016. All those interested in Justice welcome. Brian currently has 4 appeals “in the pipeline” – his MP, Sir Henry Bellingham, has stated in writing: “…Brian Pead has been the victim of a number of miscarriages of justice…”

Brian Pead’s Application gets into Court!

Today, solicitor Martin Stewart, a friend of Brian’s since 1986 when they worked together at Bexleyheath School, took Brian’s Application to Revoke a Restraining Order to Bexley Magistrates’ Court and got it stamped by the court to prove that it had been entered into court. This measure was forced upon Brian because his Application had unlawfully been returned to him by Bexleyheath Sorting Office. Brian is, of course, extremely grateful to Mr Stewart for strolling down to the Court to ensure that Justice is achieved. We wait with bated breath for the next piece of legal engineering. Mr Stewart has asked us to point out that he is not representing Brian but that he acted in order to help to try to alleviate another human being’s suffering at the hands of State persecution. Brian Pead monitored by police in local library

Today, at 09:30, a person claiming to be detective constable Matt White (he never shows a warrant card, so the name could easily be that of a dead child – the police are apt to do such things) trailed Brian into King’s Lynn library and then engaged in a meeting with Kerry Murray, one of the librarians. Following the meeting, Brian spoke to Ms Murray but she denied all knowledge of a meeting. She did, however, agree that she had received a copy of Brian’s business card and that she was aware that he had a website called www.LambethChildAbuse.org Previously, Ms Murray had claimed that two males had accused Brian of swearing at them whilst in the library. A female member of the public told Ms Murray that it simply was not true because she had been sitting next to Brian and he had not sworn.

Brian Pead serves Application to Revoke a Restraining Order on Probation Officer

Today, at 12:18 Brian Pead issued his Probation Officer, Sarah Wallis, with the following: 1. a copy of the Statutory Declaration in which, on 31 May 2016, he lawfully reverted to his birth name and no longer uses the name of William Brian Freeman 2. a copy of his Application to Revoke a Restraining Order Bexleyheath Sorting Office saw fit to return 3. Ms Wallis confirmed that she has never provided Brian with ANY documentation relating to his alleged offence 4. Ms Wallis confirmed that he is “No Risk” to the public at large 5.  Brian’s family members apparently remain at risk from him due to the Restraining Order which none of his family took out on him! And they call it “British Justice”. No wonder it took so long for THE TRUTH to be established at Hillsborough – the “authorities” knew the truth from day one but chose to lie and deliberately cover-up the truth in order to absolve themselves from responsibility of their own wrongdoing.
