Brian Pead arrested at 4am

At 4am, 4 police officers (in two vehicles) arrested Brian Pead for allegedly failing to answer to police bail. At 5pm he was interviewed for an alleged breach of a Restraining Order. This arrest (and interview) followed Brian’s letters to the Prime Minister, the Home Secretary and the Minister for Justice. Brian was finally released without charge at 18:40

Tony Martin’s appeal acknowledged by CCRC

Tony Martin’s appeal against his convictions for the manslaughter of Fred Barras and the Wounding with Intent of Brendon Fearon has been received and acknowledged by the Criminal Cases Review Commission. It is the first step on the road to more “legal engineering” (a term frequently used by Mr Martin to describe the corrupt courts and police.)
