at Court again

Tomorrow (27 March 2013) Brian Pead is appearing once again at the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand.

The case began as Defamation brought by Cathy Twist and Phyllis Dunipace.

It rapidly escalated when Lambeth Council (the entire Council) decided that Brian Pead was harassing them.

The international law firm “with a global reach” (Pinsent Masons, representing Lambeth, Twist and Dunipace) added themselves as a further party to the action.

The Hearing is for Contempt of Court after the Parties claimed that he had breached the Orders issued by Mr Justice Tugendhat in February 2013.

Brian Pead was not at the original Hearing for “Gagging Orders” against the book from Hillsborough to Lambeth because he was not made aware of the Hearing prior to the day of the Hearing.
