Suffolk Police have sent Brian Pead a letter (but not on official letter-headed paper) claiming that he has harassed his nephew (49 in August) with letters pointing out Brian’s innocence and to seek support for Brian’s letter to the Prime Minister to call for an investigation into why Brian Pead’s eldest granddaughter (then aged just 12) was used as a police decoy by the corrupt Metropolitan Police to imprison him unlawfully in 2011. Brian said, “It’s clearly nonsense. No decent uncle such as Jay Richards would want his niece to be abused by the Met Police or his relative – me – persecuted by the State without wanting to fight for justice and seek compensation.” Jay Richards was not available for comment but he can be contacted at his place of work (National Gearboxes in Lowestoft.) Any self-respecting journalist would have a field day calling him to ask why he wouldn’t want the abuse of his niece investigated. Or does HE have something to hide?
Brian Pead issues a SECOND Official Complaint under Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights
Theresa May 10 Downing Street London SW1A 2AA Dear Prime Minister An Open Letter re second Official Complaint under Article 3 of the ECHR Sent To Be Signed For Issued under Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights TAKE NOTICE THAT: On 4th February 2019 investigative author Brian Pead was forced to issue a SECOND Official Complaint under Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights against HM Government for your government’s refusal to address the FIRST Official Complaint dated 31 December 2013. The persecution of me and vicariously my family and the abuse of my then 12-year-old granddaughter in 2011 have still not been addressed and have, in fact, been increased. You and your government are in breach of European Law. I reserve ALL of my rights against you personally and HM Government, jointly and severally. My Member of Parliament, Sir Henry Bellingham, has been sent a copy of this letter as well as the Home Secretary, Sajid David, who is evidently presiding over unlawful police and judicial action against me and my family … Continue reading
On 14th September 2018, Brian Pead met with his MP (and former barrister) Sir Henry Bellingham in a constituency meeting also attended by David Cox (producer of a forthcoming DVD on the persecution of Brian Pead) and Richard Fulcher, a former pig farmer fitted up by Norfolk Police. Sir Henry kindly agreed to be filmed for the forthcoming DVD and said the following: “I’m Brian Pead’s MP, Henry Bellingham, MP for northwest Norfolk. I’ve been following this case for a long time now. [4 years] First of all, I am very concerned about the original conviction [in Southwark, 2009 for the alleged attempt at incitement of a 14 year old girl who didn’t even exist]. I don’t think the conviction is safe, I think there has been a miscarriage of justice. I also think that there are very serious grounds for looking at all the subsequent convictions because obviously everything flows from that very first conviction: if that was unsafe then it is very difficult to have any faith in any of the subsequent convictions that have taken place. So, … Continue reading
Dear Sir Henry An Open Letter I am informing you (yet again) that my State pension is being unlawfully withheld from me (and, as you know, my Teacher’s Pension has also been unlawfully withheld from me). I am currently without an income of any kind since I can’t even sell my books online because those pests at MI5/Scotland Yard/Home Office have infiltrated my website to prevent people from buying my books. They really will stop at nothing in this country to cover up child abuse and now also the murder of Fred Barras by Norfolk Police (who claimed, of course, that it was Tony Martin in 1999). Kind regards Brian Pead
Dear Sir Henry AN OPEN LETTER RE POLICE HARASSMENT You will understand why this is an Open Letter. Today 3 constables purporting to be from the Public Protection Unit in Norfolk today entered my premises without my consent. They claimed to have a valid search – they didn’t have. They failed to show any warrant cards when asked to do so. They claimed I am a Registered Sex Offender and brought no paperwork to substantiate such a scurrilous claim. They got my landlord out of bed and forced him to drive 10 miles to open us the door – he couldn’t because I had put the latch on They threatened to smash down the door They shouted out defamatory comments such as “You are a paedophile” and “You are a Registered Sex Offender”. The person calling himself Detective Sergeant Bond assaulted me The landlord was a witness When I asked the persons to name the child I was alleged to have incited, they were unable to (because she never existed) I called your office and left a message At no … Continue reading
Metropolitan police’s anti-corruption unit faces investigation Claims of malpractice against force include interfering in investigations and racism Vikram Dodd Police and crime correspondent Sun 22 Jul 2018 11.14 BST Last modified on Sun 22 Jul 2018 22.14 BST One Met police officer is under criminal investigation and three have been formally notified they are under disciplinary investigation for gross misconduct. Photograph: Oli Scarff/Getty Images Scotland Yard’s anti-corruption unit is facing an investigation over claims of “serious corruption and malpractice” within its ranks. The police watchdog, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, said the claims related to the Metropolitan police’s directorate of professional standards. Among the allegations against the force are interfering in investigations, racism and turning a blind eye to wrongdoing. The IOPC said one officer was under criminal investigation. That officer and two others have been formally notified they are under disciplinary investigation for gross misconduct. The watchdog is also considering whether it should investigate the conduct of around 10 other officers, but has made no decision yet on whether they need to. Dear Sir Henry, I draw your attention to the Editorial in today’s Guardian (2 July 2018, Journal, page 2) with regard to the “breathtaking hypocrisy of the UK’s role in human rights abuses”. (Article below) Whilst the Editorial focused on the UK’s cover-up of human rights abuses perpetrated by the United States, it is surely applicable to those abuses perpetrated by the UK Government. I refer, of course, to the myriad abuses perpetrated against me by all branches of the Conservative government in an attempt to defame and cover up my exposure of child abuse in Lambeth, Harpenden, the Met Police et al. I also refer to the human rights abuses perpetrated against my daughter, her husband, her children and her half-brothers. Norman Lamb, your close Parliamentary colleague in North Norfolk, has championed whistleblowers against the Royal Bank of Scotland (http://www.edp24.co.uk/business/rbs-norfolk-whistleblower-battle-with-bank-ruined-my-health-1-4892611) and also in the NHS (https://www.parliament.uk/edm/2016-17/473) to such an extent that he even called for an Early Day Motion in the House of Commons, and, as you are aware, I have written to you on several occasions asking you to … Continue reading
‘It’s the system I blame more than anything’: how an innocent man was jailed for rape https://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/thinking-man/system-blame-anything-innocent-man-jailed-rape/ 8 June 2018 • 4:56pm Life was good for Danny Kay. The then 21-year-old welder had completed his apprenticeship and been quickly promoted and was earning more money than he ever had; good enough to take his new partner away for a 10-day break at an all-inclusive resort on the Spanish coast. But in August 2012, as they walked back through passport control at East Midlands Airport, tanned, relaxed and happy, the border guard refused to hand his documents back and signalled to two plain-clothed police officers waiting in the wings. Kay was taken to a back office in the airport where they were joined by two more police officers. “They told me I was being arrested under suspicion of rape,” he recalls. “At the time, I was so shocked I couldn’t even remember who it was when they told me the person’s name.” Kay was taken to St Mary’s Wharf Police Station in Derby where he was quizzed for 26 hours. … Continue reading
Doreen Lawrence (now Baroness Lawrence of Clarendon) shares Brian Pead’s views of the corrupt police and judicial system: https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/mar/21/campaigners-stage-walkout-of-secretive-police-spying-inquiry Brian Pead said: “Baroness Lawrence rightly, in my humble opinion, chastised the judge in this case. What a pity she didn’t conduct further research into the schools and clubs which the learned judge is said to have attended: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/sir-john-mitting-has-a-troubled-stewardship-of-sex-inquiry-hxfqmwt09 Mitting attended the Roman Catholic independent school Downside School https://www.somersetlive.co.uk/news/somerset-news/evidence-inquiry-child-sexual-abuse-908845 http://www.thetablet.co.uk/news/8232/child-abuse-tolerated-and-indirectly-encouraged-by-former-downside-abbey-abbots- https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/downside-head-may-have-burnt-evidence-of-sexual-abuse-qm75khgm9 and so it goes on… and on… and on… and on… When will the gullible Great British Public get a grip on the reality of the fact that child abuse is perpetrated by those who you’d think would protect children?
Further evidence of police intimidation can be found below and in today’s Guardian (Friday 8th June 2018, page 7) https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/jun/07/lush-removes-posters-undercover-police-spies-campaign In Brian Pead’s cases, note the following intimidation BY THE POLICE: 1. In 2009, police threatened two witnesses (Adrienne Tear and Victoria Tear) after they had made complaints about Brian Pead’s beating up by 4 police officers in Sidcup. Kate Halpin (now Borough Commander of Lewisham) threatened the two women and forced them to withdraw their complaints; 2. Police threatened to take Brian’s daughter’s children into care if she maintained contact with her father; 3. Police threatened farmer Richard Fulcher to “continually harass him if he had “anything more to do with Brian Pead” (after Brian exposed police corruption in Richard Fulcher’s bogus conviction of threats to kill his solicitor who failed to bri8ng a claim against Mr Fulcher’s local council for burning down his property which they claimed breached “planning laws”; 4. threatened Head teacher Stephen Elphick and forced him not to comply with making a witness statement proving police corruption at Bexley Grammar School; 5. arrested farmer Tony Martin after … Continue reading
