Brian Pead writes to the Probation Service

To: the National Probation Service, Purfleet Quay, King’s Lynn, Norfolk
Norfolk Constabulary

Date: 13 April 2016

Status: an OPEN document consisting of two pages

Please note that I do not give my consent to the visit to The Guanock Hotel, London Road, King’s Lynn on 13 April 2016 (or any subsequent dates).
Whilst I understand that the Probation Service and the Police have important functions in society, I am neither a sex offender, nor an offender of any kind, despite false documentation to the contrary.

On 31 December 2013, I instigated an Official Complaint under Article 3 of the Human Rights Act (HRA) 1998 and this visit is a direct breach of Article 3, as well as Article 8 of the HRA (the Right to privacy and family life.)

I wish to take advantage of this opportunity to report child abuse to both the Probation Service and Norfolk Constabulary. This information must be passed on under the Rule of Law to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA). Once this has been achieved, please inform me in writing.
Incident 1 – a series of sexual, physical and emotional abuses perpetrated against Robert William Pead and Brian Pead at the National Children’s Home at the Oval, Harpenden, Hertfordshire between 1955 and 1960.
Incident 2 – child abuse and bullying and racism at the Open Learning Centre for Vocational Studies (the OLCVS – formerly known as the Old Library Centre Virtual School) between 2005-2007, a Lambeth Council pupil referral unit.

More information can be gleaned from the books:

Copies of from Hillsborough to Lambeth have been received by the following:

Baroness Lawrence of Clarendon Andy Burnham, MP, shadow Home Secretary
Theresa May, MP, Home Secretary Chuka Umunna, MP, Streatham, Lambeth
Tessa Jowell, MP, Lambeth John Mann, MP
DCI Clive Driscoll Simon Danczuk, MP
Sir Henry Bellingham, MP Dr Archer, Grimston Medical Practice
Simon Bailey, Chief Constable of Norfolk Alex Passman, Employment Law specialist
Et al.
Please note that retired DCI Driscoll – in our meeting of 09 March 2015 – suggested that I inform Norfolk Constabulary and Scotland Yard of the fact that se second Police National Computer (PNC) record exists against my name which is clearly bogus. Please investigate and expunge the second PNC record which falsely shows at least 6 convictions for sexual offences against under-13 year old females, for which I have never been arrested, charged, indicted for, or convicted of.
Please also note that I do not accept the notion that I am
(i) a sex offender
(ii) an offender of any description.

It should also be noted by both the Probation Service and Norfolk Constabulary that I have significant evidence that all forms of my communications continue to be illegally interfered with against the Rule of Law. Please provide with with a True Copy of an alleged warrant obtained under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) 2000.

Yours sincerely,
William Brian Freeman
(formerly known as Brian Pead prior to unlawful interference by the State in his life)
