Brian Pead’s Application gets into Court!

Today, solicitor Martin Stewart, a friend of Brian’s since 1986 when they worked together at Bexleyheath School, took Brian’s Application to Revoke a Restraining Order to Bexley Magistrates’ Court and got it stamped by the court to prove that it had been entered into court.

This measure was forced upon Brian because his Application had unlawfully been returned to him by Bexleyheath Sorting Office.

Brian is, of course, extremely grateful to Mr Stewart for strolling down to the Court to ensure that Justice is achieved.

We wait with bated breath for the next piece of legal engineering.

Mr Stewart has asked us to point out that he is not representing Brian but that he acted in order to help to try to alleviate another human being’s suffering at the hands of State persecution.
