Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
PART ONE
This request refers to the time when Ms Phyllis Dunipace was appointed as the Executive Director at Lambeth Education (in whatsoever title that office was held) until her resignation on 8 August 2010.
During Ms Dunipace’s tenure of that executive office:
(i) How many Head teachers did she dismiss?
(ii) How many Deputy head teachers did she dismiss?
(iii) How many Heads of Department did she dismiss?
(iv) How many Assistant Directors did she dismiss?
(v) How many Teachers-in-Charge did she dismiss?
(vi) How many head of curriculum subject areas did she dismiss?
(vii) How many teachers who were not holding any of the above positions did she dismiss?
NB: the above information is sought for secondary schools, primary schools, pupil referral units and all other educational units controlled by Lambeth Council.
PART TWO
Please provide the names of those dismissed, with the reasons for their dismissal.
